My family said it’s because I’m male and the cat is male, but I think it’s just because I fed the cat growing up (not their fault, wife and kid got busier so I took over handling pets for a while)
Part of it is also that cats tend to prefer people who don’t pursue them. I’m not much of a cat person, but because of that almost every cat I’ve ever met has liked me, lmao.

My friends mother got a dog and booth the friend and the mother picket her up to let the dog sit on their lap.I am not a dog person so i even highten my knees a bit but the dog still jumped.
It would have likely never come back if i pushed her off me but it was very funny for me to hear the other two complain that the dog never jumps on their laps.

Same. I’m usually not for cutesy stuff, quite the contrary, most of the media that I consume is violent (games like doom, music like hardcore punk) and absolutely dress like it, but I fucking loved She-Ra.
