If you could change anything, what would you change? Would you go on vacation for the rest of your life? Make fossil fuels stop causing climate change? Ask for ethical banks and politicians? Surely nothing could be more unrealistic than to keep everything the way it is and expect different results.
Our private financial and emotional struggles mirror global upheaval and disaster. We could spend the rest of our days trying to douse these fires one by one, but they stem from the same source. No piecemeal solution will serve; we need to rethink everything according to a different logic.
“Our enemies are not human beings, but the institutions and routines that estrange us from each other and from ourselves.“
That sounds like a lot of responsibility. I’d rather just keep voting Democrat, eat plant based once a week, put my pronouns in my e-mail signature, and tell myself I’m doing my part to make the world a better place.
I would make every person trustworthy. Everything else would solve itself after that

Sounds pretty incompatible with anarchist ideas to me. Why have randomly chosen rulers when you can have none at all?

You can definitely talk about structures and organization here and while I felt your proposed idea was not really in line with anarchist ideals, others might see that in a different way. Sorry that the way i worded my comment made you feel unwelcome to share your thoughts.
And while I agree that randocracy might resolve some issues related to voting, it would still result in a small number of people making decisions for the rest.
Don’t worry about it, just a crazy idea :) I’m trying to cut down on arguing and pissing people off.
