Here’s how it goes:

  • Get up late, feeling tired
  • Brush and bathe
  • Eat breakfast
  • Lay on bed
  • It’s noon
  • Eat lunch
  • Lay on bed
  • It’s evening
  • Bath
  • Eat dinner
  • Sleep poorly

That’s my entire cycle, since the last two years. No job, no social interaction, no outdoor activity. My eyes glued to the screen.
