Whether or not the software is good or not (I personally can’t stand Teams) is not relevant. It’s about whether a company is using its present market dominance to shoehorn itself into a new product segment. Teams is available by default in most o365 packages
I don’t see any issue with it. Yes it’s available by default but you still need to pay for it. The default (free) features aren’t really helpful for companies.
It’s almost 20aud per person how much we’re paying. Sure it comes installed in office but what’s the difference between that and installing it yourself.
It’s not like companies won’t download it after paying that much. If you can’t compete with that pricing structure then the question is more should you be in this line of business at all?
