    Someone else would have made it if he didn’t. It was inevitable. Nations knew about it and were competing to make it first.

      I’m just grateful we figured it out before the creepers. Lord knows what they would do with such power. A walking breathing bomb… with a bomb??? Jeepers creepers

      Possibly but neither Germany nor Japan had the industrial capacity to even attempt something of the size of the Manhattan Project in 1942.
