      The UAW negotiated a shared April 30, 2028 expiration date for all three contracts with the big 3 automakers. I think the idea is to campaign for other unions to also negotiate for their contract expiration dates to fall on the same day.

      There’s not as many unionized workers in the US as you would want for a general walk out strike. The last time I checked, our workforce was about 10% unionized, which just won’t affect the economy enough to get Medicare for All or a 25$ minimum wage like he wants.

      You should listen to Fain speak some time. He may not be the most eloquent, but he’s certainly the radical union leader we need.
