It’s played as a joke with neither the PC or the mindflayer in question have any idea how mindflayers fuck. You get the option grasp one of the face tentacles and hope it’s erogenous. That sorta thing.
He’s (probably) not interested in the sex part and just want to make you trust him. If you have a falling out he’ll reveal how he truly views you and it’s really gross and manipulative.
You just have to call him a freak and he goes full incel and tells you how Duke Stelmane was basically his political meat puppet and you should be glad he’s moved on to gaslighting and emotional manipulation
It’s awful, especially when he ends that conversation by threatening to force you to use the astral tadpole. Real abuser energy, I could never see him as an ally after that.
