My first time posting here, so please be gentle.

Besides recording voice/sound for technical and career productivity. I’m talking more about emotional and mental well-being.

Visiting therapists or psychologists can do wonders for mental and emotional health, it can be argued, but there are times where that’s not plausible or feasible. Learn to use your own phone’s voice recorder. All you need is a somewhat quiet space, probably ideal before bed time. And if you can be in solitude, even better. It takes a little getting used to, but using a recordwr to speak, vent, and just talking through your life and your current predicament can really give you a different perspective of yourself. Listening back to what you had to say can be of great use to see where you were in an emotional and mental space.

I’ve been doing this on and off for a few years. Listening to yourself making decisions or lack there of can help you move to a place where a solution can be. Listen. To. Yourself.

Anyone out there have done this? Appreciate feedback and other tips and trick concerning this. Live strong folks!
