More to the point, words have multiple meanings. NdGT is a troll. Huevos means eggs primarily but secondarily means testicles.
Ahuacatl means avocado primarily, but had the second meaning too.
I wouldn’t refer to huevos revueltos (scrambled eggs) as scrambled testicles.

Like calling a penis a wiener.
