Haven’t bought a console outside of a Switch in 15 years. I fail to see how anyone can see the 22nd largest company in the world buying one of the largest games publishers in the world is not going to bring a benefit, and I don’t think Microsoft needs to worry about expanding its cashflow.

Being the 22nd largest company in the world means nothing when it comes to individual markets.
Did it help Microsoft in the mobile world with Windows Phone? No.
Did it help Microsoft in the IM world with Skype? No.
Did it help Microsoft in the gaming world with Xbox? No.
You have to look at the market that they’re competing in, not just the size of the company. Microsoft are dead last in gaming. Do you deny this?
