How well do you guys sleep? My current sleep schedule is the worst it has ever been and I’m not sure how I should go about fixing it.
Mine’s go to bed at 2-5am and wake up at 10-11am

Classic nightowl schedule. I love the peaceful nights.
Mine sucked until I got into the habit of going to bed at the same time every night.
My ADHD messes my sleep schedule big time, like needing one hour minimum since I go to bed to get asleep, sleeping for 4 or 5 hours, and not being tired at all.
That’s why I’m taking melatonin pills (doctor recommendation). Since then, I’m sleeping like a neurotypical.
I’ve found that I need 4 things to wake up consistently
- Wake up early, it helps if you’re forced to, work meetings, class, meet up, whatever you need
- No naps, and getting up at the same time consistently
- Manage my stress, a combination of working out consistently and managing work stress
- Good sleep hygiene, if I’m exhausted but hit a good part in a book I’ll stay up. So it’s boring books, blue light blocking on devices, and grey scale and low brightness on my phone
Honestly having a kid and a job helped a bunch. Ultimately you’ll get up if you need to.
Absolutely terrible, honestly. Usually sleep from around 6am-2pm or so. I’m a big night owl in general, but my ideal would be around 2-3am to 10-11am.

I go to sleep around 11:00 to 12:30 PM and wake up 6:00 AM if it is a weekday, otherwise around 8:00 AM.
1am-8:30am ish
No qualms here - tho if I’m tired earlier (once or twice a week) then that’s great
The is the way.
It’s early enough to not be a shock getting up earlier, but late enough to not feel bad for staying up late on the weekend.
