Lol. I guess you never heard about ‘life in prison’. Let me explain: it’s a special form of punishment for people judged ‘unrehabilitatable’. In Europe. if it’s decided that someone is a psychopath he’s locked up in prison forever. That way he cannot commit more crimes! Problem solved! And we don’t have to torture them to feel better.
