Decker is probably the most complicated, confusing thing in the game because of how cyberspace mechanics work, and how it splits between two different combat scenarios when you have other characters in meat space while the decker is in cyberspace. Not just for the players, but especially the DM.
I actually still play 3rd edition, as the introduction of the wireless world in 4th makes this stuff even more confusing.
