    You can’t shoot someone without a gun. Guns are the entire problem in regards to mass shootings.

        Japan has guns, what are you talking about?

        No one is suggesting to get rid of every gun in the country. Every country that has good gun control laws still has guns. Here in Australia there are more guns now than there were before the gun reform in 1996 for example. What it means is that only people with a legitimate reason for owning a gun can own one, and they have to be vetted and have checks done and have strict rules around storing and transporting the guns. No one needs a pistol under their pillow. No one needs an AR in their wardrobe.

        Are there still shootings? Sure. Have there been 500+ mass shootings this year like there have been in America? No. Here in Australia we haven’t had a single one since our gun control reform.
