Not entirely sure about the top right but someone else said it was ps3 which was a famously bad start for Sony because of the price point and focus on other media over games (less so than xbox one but still). Then xbox 360 undercut their price and focused on games.

PS3 had the last laugh though for backing Bluray over hddvd
Sony choose blueray because they own the patent. HDDVD was choosen to avoid the patent owned by Sony.
to be fair, a video game console that only focuses on video games isn’t very Disruptive
people didn’t want disruptive when buying a video game console they wanted something that can play video games
