    Elon Musk’s X Corp. this week sued a law firm that Twitter hired last year after Musk tried to break their $44 billion merger agreement. Musk’s lawsuit in San Francisco County Superior Court alleges that Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz overcharged Twitter when it collected $90 million—including $84.3 million on the same day Musk completed his $44 billion purchase of Twitter.

    He really needs to re-read his buddy, trump’s playbook. Don’t pay them in the first place.

      He didn’t. This was a last minute payout by Twitter prior to the change in ownership. He’s trying to not pay them retroactively.

        That musk be hurtful , it is like your ex wife is paying her lawyer that helped her got half of your money with your own money lol.

          It’s like getting a divorce, paying a ton of money in legal fees (as well as your wife paying a bunch), and then getting back together and trying to sue your wife’s lawyers because that money she spent is your joint money again. What a dumbass
