What are the issues faced by renters when moving into a strata scheme?
Would better disclosure about the strata rules for moving in help with this?

Find somewhere where the rules are clearer, then find somewhere where they are unclear,
then tell us the findings. Ask interstate and even internationally.

Think about it this way: adding even more fine print may not actually lead to easier moves for tenants and existing residents. Instead moving-in rules could be determined by state or federal government, and available at, for example, https://www.nsw.gov.au/housing-and-construction/renting-a-place-to-live/renting-a-property-nsw. I don’t know. Maybe it doesn’t even make a difference at all. These are all things we can discover by research, not by just asking people what they kinda reckon.
