An interesting story so far.
This is on my TBR, and I actually recommended it to someone recently because they wanted more monogamous monster girl stories. I should bump this up on my list.
It was pretty alright. It did get into her alien head a bit, which is always nice to see given how frequently beastkin are just portrayed as humans with fluffy tails and ears.
Kind of a dating red flag if your lover is likely to murder you to feed her young after you have sex.
Finally read this. It was definitely worth it.
I did like that the author got into her head and nature a bit. And having a Vietnam vet dealing with his war past and nightmares was interesting. Really not used to seeing men’s romance having a protagonist having to deal with mental health like that before.
