I saw a post on instagram recently of making a lemon dessert - it halved+zested the lemons, mixed some things, then used the hollow lemon halves to hold the filling. It then just got refrigerated before eating. Does anyone know what I’m talking about?! I’d love a name or recipe. I do not think it was a sorbet, it was more of a pudding kinda thing.
This is not the first time Instagram has frustrated me like this, the save feature is my enemy as are the accounts deleting the good content!

Was it perhaps some type of lemon posset?
It’s sugar, lemon, and heavy cream. I think I saw some kind of video recently as well where they just let it sit after mixing and saved the lemon shells for serving.
