Trying to backup a TV show I have on BD to my Plex server. The other discs in the season work fine w/ MakeMKV, but this one will only read the deleted scenes. So far, I’ve tried MakeMKV and dd (which returns an I/O error on this disc). Any other thoughts?

Try MakeMKV in manual mode? You have to enable advanced and then it will show you the raw structure instead of trying to decide what are real titles for you.
May i suggest a dinosaur program? Try BadCopy Pro, make an image, then try MakeMkv. It’s been a long time since i used a disc, my memory can be a bit hazy.
