Marvin Ellison, the current CEO of Lowe’s, is black - but a glance at some posts from the Lowes subreddit show that people say the same sort of things you can expect from a CEO who underpays their employees, works them to the bone, and apparently runs companies into the ground. Can’t find him saying anything publicly, but it sounds like he’s not helping towards a solution either.
