A biopunk/cyberpunk film starring Bai Ling. The CGI looked dated when it released in 2007 (think Ultraviolet with Milla Jovovich), so it looks all that much worse today, nearly 15 years later. Other than that, I feel it’s an enjoyable Saturday afternoon sci-fi film if you set your brain to simmer.
