They didn’t “explain” shit.

Saying it was an “operational issue” is not an explanation. That’s like calling a plane crash a “flight issue” - doesn’t tell you anything about the cause.

I hope Sony follow on with a full technical root cause analysis and disclosure, but I won’t hold my breath.
