The fact that the aliens have brought up a drawing about a human drawing of a human crying yet didn’t not have the text in a human language would tell me a few things.
They have clearly studied us.
They realize that crying is something significant
Since they have included text, but no human language, the picture is either an internal slide with the text not meant for you, or they have not yet understood our language.
The safest course of action would probably be to raise your hands, flat palm out cross them over in a gesture of “no”, and fold your arms of your chest while shaking your head, and taking a few steps back.
We have no idea of their language, and have to assume that they have studied human body language so that would probably indicate that we are unhappy with the picture.
What would happen next is hard to say, we don’t know their motivation for trying to communicate with us in that way, we can’t ascribe human intentions to their actions as they are not human.

It’s too late, you’re already the soyjack.
The aliens will laugh at you.
I am fine with that if that is all they would do.
Your stronger than me, I’d be crushed if those little green dudes had a giggle at me.
The safest course of action is inaction. Stand there, soil yourself if you have to, but never let on that you reacted.
Become a hatstand.
What if they’ve been studying Bulgarian body language? Then the head shake will be interpreted as “Yes”.
If they had done that, this would probably be happening in Bulgaria, and my body language would be different.
Though folding my arms and taking a step back is fairly universal as a sign of disinterest
