there is/was a mod called smart cast (its not updated for SE last i checked but you can make it work for se yourself) to auto cast based on a wide range of prerequisites like entering combat, health, stamina, magika meter %, on sneak etc. Makes all the buffs and what not no hassle.
I’d love to mod mine out to hell. When I had a PC I had a running list of like 200 or so. Now I play on ps4 and Sony does not play kindly with mods. :(
