Surprising nobody
Nah im surprised and glad that he did get charged. Unsurprising would be if he got demoted, a big pay out and never saw the inside of a cell. But yes the crime itself is not surprising.

I hate the use of the word groomed in this context. I think of grooming as getting a haircut and trimming the beard.
