That’s an Illusion (japanese company that only does hentai games) 3D model, likely customized in Honey Select (one of their games). Lots of people use those models for their own stuff
Speaking of new GPUs I’ve heard the new Intel options have really good performance for price, but I despise anything with the word “AI” in its branding. I think I might be an AMD loyalist for a while after my nVidia card goes obsolete.
If you’re in the budget market they’re pretty good. Especially if you’re not looking for ray tracing or anything crazy.
The downside, is going to be driver stability in new games and optimization.

To clarify, it’s often implied to saw the case and not the GPU, to avoid damaging the circuits or other components.
But it’s almost perfectly safe so long as you avoid the fan 😁👍
