I had subscribed to this community earlier in the day and came back to see if it had been populated, but for some reason it has had trouble with just this one community, with others in the instance loading fine.
i tried accessing this from kbin and it doesn’t work either. :(
I’ve seen one mention that instances may not populate from before pulling, which is very concerning.

Hopefully if we subscribe and pull enough communities it won’t be as much of an issue on our instance.
I just hope it also doesn’t push up the server storage too much, atm the whole instance appears to only be 3GB, not including images.
DB is now at 7.3GB.

That was ~10 days ago, it will be substantially more by now. Will check after work.
As for old comments not being pulled… its by design. I’d like to see a user triggered “pull” up to a specific age threshold, but it doesn’t currently exist.
