Noticed two things recently: 1. Watching videos even at 1080p would sometimes takes dozens of seconds to buffer a few video sexonds. 2. The video quality is always on auto if you experience buffering, mid video all of a sudden the video gets pixelated no matter how many times I tell it to load X quality.

Is anyone else experiencing these issues? Their support haven’t gotten back to me.
