I was so worried about the test showing that I wasn’t ADHD but instead a lazy pos. Turns out I do have ADHD and my mom was right. Owe her an apology and working on the best way to do that (I’m thinking a coffee date)

Anyway I am relieved I feel better knowing that I have a reason I struggle and it is because of me but things that are partially out of control. Now to work on the things I can control and actually make progress.

You’ve got this! Make small attainable goals every day… I love making “To Do” lists and crossing shit off is soooo satisfying!

Welcome to the club! I got mine a bit over two weeks ago. Even though I suspected it’s been a strange time since for me trying to accept this as real. As you said though, knowing is a relief and now we have an idea on what is going on and what to do about it. I wish you luck in your healing. Take it one step at a time, and take care of yourself. It is going to be a journey but you can do it.
