Well they can create them, but they cant sell their work without getting sued…
Even creating them will sometimes earn you legal threats that you can’t afford to respond to.
If you’re not as wealthy as they are, the process is the punishment.

Its there when i hover over the image on my laptop. In any case, it is: A hacker news screenshot, it shows a comment by “clarkmoody” saying “Previous civilizations were able to own their cultural myths.
