Listen, this sounds dumb as fuck, and it totally is, but it has legitimately worked for me so far. If you are struggling to quit smoking or vaping, try to replace the habit with learning the harmonica.

I’m currently rounding on 3 weeks with zero vaping, and I literally just play the harmonica instead whenever I have the urge. I looked up a few basic tutorials online, worked on just getting used to breathing into it, and now I’m learning some songs. I do it while I’m driving, watching TV, whenever. Do I get some weird looks because I’m playing the fucking harmonica in my car at a stoplight? Yes. Definitely. Those people just don’t have a sense of adventure though lmao.

So, you will be replacing a bad habit with something productive. Plus it’s pretty badass to whip out it parties, or just play it for your cat, or whatever your style is haha. I happened to have a harmonica just lying around, lord knows why, but you can get a basic one for under 15 bucks. Less or about the same as of a couple packs of cigarettes or a vape these days. Anyway, if this is really dumb and does not seem realistic to anyone else please feel free to let me know, but I figured I would share it just in case it can help even one person. I was struggling hardcore with quitting and this has finally given me some hope.
