I think we haven’t seen Nicolas Cage’s final form yet.
Him and DaVito are going to come out of nowhere with an Emmy sweeping cinematic masterpiece that will have college courses dedicated to understanding. It will be a staple of memes to a generation that has never seen it until the last human dies at the edge of a featureless universe.
Hell Yeah!
Karl Urban deserves a trilogy as the lead.
Don’t know what, but throw anything at him and he’s the character 100%.
Another two judge dredds?
hell yes. the movie is really good in my opinion, not sure why it struggled when it was out.
I think it was slightly ahead of it’s time and had terrible marketing. At least here in Germany it was marketed as “Dredd 3D” at a time where the hype had died down, and probably turned into the opposite due to all movies getting unnecessary and poorly made 3D conversions.
I would not be upset
Cillian Murphy
He’s been great in lots of stuff. From Oppenheimer to praky blinders, but none have been career defining.
Ryan Gosling is similar. Lots of praise, lots of great roles but none career defining.
Gary oldman is almost rhw opposite. Every role is career defining. It just seems like a different actor in each role. He’s a veritable chameleon.
I’m going to go out on a limb here, Alanis Morissette. Was amazing in Dogma.
I think Colin Farrell has it in Penguin right now, he deserves all the praise as he consistently delivers in all his roles.
Andrew Garfield will grow up to be the next George Clooney.
Sam Rockwell, Ben Foster, Jurnee Smollett, Stephanie Beatriz. The list can go on for a while.
Sam Rockwell was such a perfect casting for pretty much every role I’ve seen him in. Can anyone else play Zaphod beeble brox??
If I see Sam Rockwell in the cast list, I’m probably gonna watch it. Don’t know why but he’s always good and most of his movies are interesting. Him and Mark Ruffalo.
Ben Foster was great in 30 days of night and the 3:10 to Yuma remake and leading in medieval, I just think medieval historic dramatization isn’t popular lately but he could be a headliner.
Alan Tudyk. I love every show he’s in. Maybe he and I just have the same taste in film
Alan Tudyk is brilliant in everything but he is often mo-capped or under make-up/CGI.
Just watched James MacAvoy’s new film and he’s now a disturbingly good actor
I don’t know about “career defining”, but Willem DeFoe is overdue for some recognition. The man is a brilliant actor and, as far as I’m aware, has never received an award.
He certainly should have won for his role as Carson Clay in Mr Bean’s Holiday.
Carson Clay stars in a Carson Clay production. Written by Carson Clay. Directed by Carson Clay…
I think it’s a crime that he didn’t win anything for his role in The Lighthouse. I understand The Lighthouse not being mainstream, but that performance! For both of them, in fact.
Women.
Unlikely with Hollywood at the Helm.
Michael Socha. He’s been in some great series, and I think he could carry off a big role really well
Harrison Ford
Gary fucking Busey
