A search is underway for a possible missing woman near Gibraltar Falls south of Canberra after passersby reported hearing calls for help.

A search is underway for a possible missing woman near Gibraltar Falls in the ACT’s Namadgi National Park.

Police were contacted about 5:30pm on Monday by witnesses who say they heard calls for help while parked off Corin Road, near the closed Gibraltar Falls entrance.
