Additional images: In the post editor, press the image icon to upload images. Drag-drop and copy-paste image data from clipboard works too. Otherwise, normal image markdown formatting ( ! [alt-text] (url) ) works just as well.

Other: Filling the alt-text and providing extra information (where/when/who/equipment) is appreciated. You should attribute images that you don’t take yourself, in post body or in comments.

Pat pat. You tried. Unless our user base can grow, this is likely how it is for the near future. Lemmy’s interface isn’t exactly user friendly.
