I couldn’t find the graphic and article I was looking for but it showed a steep decline in binge drinking in men 18-35 since the legalization (and demistification) of marijuana.
Yeah, sure, it’s a gateway in that it stops people from going any further. It’s the absence of legal weed that makes people look for alternatives to get high!
And the FACT that the suppliers of illegal cannabis often have other illegal drugs!
Unlike legal cannabis shops, which sell only legal cannabis!

If only they’d grown up in America, where alcohol and nicotine are the gateway drugs that sometimes lead to cannabis use.
