Finally created an account here in this server because my lemmy.world account was getting a federation lag (and I didn’t care enough to figure it out). I’m planning to keep my lemmy.world account as the mod since I use it more, and I’ll get the notifications there, but comment/post here using this one. This community hasn’t really needed any modding so I don’t think it really matters but let me know if anyone has any concerns.

Strangely, using lemmy.world I see 2 comments in this post, but here at aussie.zone only 1 is showing up.

In any case, excited about the Metro extension! If I get some time this afternoon, I’d love to ride it

There is still a seven day lag for comments from lw to az which is why you won’t see lw user comments immediately when you’re logged into your az account. The fix or fixes for this haven’t landed yet.

The metro now runs from Tallawong to Sydenham, do you realise the change that that is?! Excited to try it!

I live by North Ryde station so I’m really excited to have easier access to more places without having to change at Chatswood. I was able to try it yesterday to Gadigal & Martin Place, both great stations. Looking forward to see what stores would open in Martin Place station.

Hi, looks like you’re a LW posting to AZ like me. Not sure if you’re aware but currently there’s a 7-day lag between LW and AZ so your comment won’t be visible to users in AussieZone until about a week from now. I ran into that issue and ended up creating another account on AZ to use there.
