Looks really cool. Just wanted to add that CalyxOS is also a good option for phone operating systems that works on the Fairphone as well as Pixels, and the Fairphone lines up with a lot of anarchist beliefs (as far as current smartphones can, at least).
In saying that, GrapheneOS is more secure and I agree with Techlore’s idea of trying Graphene (assuming you have a Pixel) and then switching to Calyx if you Graphene is too much for you.
