    It’s cool to learn about the industrial processes being used, like injection molding of metal.

    Thixomolding is an insanely cool manufacturing technique in which magnesium alloy is heated to a temperature at which it is semi-liquid and then injection molded into custom tooling. This allows for extremely precise large parts with detailed structural elements.
