Really? I can view posts with catbox images and have a recent post with a catbox image that other people could see :/
I remember reading some countries dislike catbox.moe so perhaps your DNS blocks them?
Could you try temporarily switching to another DNS to see what happens?
I am almost universally unable to reach catbox.moe or view any images from them.
