It really saddens me that there are no Thai restaurants around my area, your dish looks delicious
Unfortunately it’s very hard to find boat noodles outside Thailand, at least in my experience. Especially in Europe this will be difficult to find, due to the preparation with raw pork blood.
If you make it to Thailand, I highly recommend trying this dish. One of my favourites!
I miss Thailand. Such good food and so cheap too.
