A federal judge on Monday threw out the criminal case accusing Donald Trump of illegally holding on to classified documents following the end of his presidency
From what I understand the 11th Circuit can either overturn her dismissal and require the case to continue, or they can overturn her dismissal and remove her from the case. Since this will be the third time they’ve smacked her down, many are hoping they will do the latter scenario.
We will see what happens. There’s been too much disappointment in the judiciary lately IMO. Justice needs some wins.
