Barley coffee. Coffeine has no additional effect if you’re already on it, except making you feel down (withdrawal symptoms) if you’ve got none.
For ADHD medication, ask a professional. Aside from Ritalin, there’s others like Concerta too.

I use Ephedrine (Primatine, Bronkaid) for my ADHD and it works pretty well. Both are over the counter, just require an ID
