I just finished this bandsaw box today; my first serious attempt. The Smile Box design is originally by Parillaworks.
Mine is white oak, with an American cherry drawer pull and Myrtlewood feet. The box was finished with Danish oil, and for the pull and feet I used walnut oil.
Apple Watch for scale (I just threw out my last banana).
100%! I’m going to make one or two “plain” ones to get the technique better in my head, then see what I can come up with. Thank you for the compliment!
