I don’t think many of the mostly peaceful protesters ransacking shops around America have private yachts or jets or companies to dissolve. You’re essentially saying slaps on the wrist for everyone that’s not rich and successful, when they’re the ones commuting the least crimes.
Like it or not, poor people are the ones committing most of the crimes, and as we’re seeing in places like San Francisco, removing the threat of actual punishment just makes people commit crimes more blatantly.
