Afaik, the people that run the place and the community they foster are out-and-out tankies.
What’s a tankie?
Started as an insult for communists that believed communist governments could do no wrong. The term comes from people supporting the USSR rolling tanks into Hungary and Prague to crush rebellions. Today, the term also encompasses people who are vehemently anti-west to the point where they’d defend Russian or Chinese imperialism because they’re “sticking it to the west”.
