A new B.C.-based study undercuts the persistent stereotype that homeless people can't be trusted with cash, according to the lead researcher who says it also highlights a different way to respond to the crisis.
Needs to be mentioned that they intentionally didn’t give the money to any of the homeless people that had drug and alcohol abuse issues, which unfortunately is a large percentage of the homeless population, so this “study” Is pretty much useless for what it was supposed to prove.
