Turns out Mbin allows you to add hashtags you want to monitor on your community, and posts from the rest of the Fediverse will also be added to your community: @[email protected] @[email protected], pretty neat! I might create a dedicated post on [email protected], that can maybe help grow some communities.

Posts from Pixelfed that the Pixelfed user specifically wanted to send to a Lemmy Community can still go there, if they’re @ mentioned, then.

Why does it get posts from Mastodon and Pixelfed when the LW one doesn’t?
I just created a test community on Fedia.io to see. Turns out Mbin allows you to add hashtags you want to monitor on your community, and posts from the rest of the Fediverse will also be added to your community:
