I’d recommend contacting your app’s developer and asking them to support the official Lemmy markdown syntax. I suspect it’s very possible they may not properly support superscript and subscript syntax either, if it’s a former Reddit client hastily ported over.
The Reddit spoiler syntax doesn’t work on Lemmy. Gotta do:
