Have you… read the news for the past two months?
Reading tarot cards IS labor.
I will say Who Is America is actually a good show.
Wondering why a move from Codeberg (non-profit, free software, self-hostable) to Github (propietary software, Microsoft)? Seems like Codeberg would be more aligned to the project’s values.
I don’t think which accounts or statuses someone has viewed/visited is public information. This is just a list of likes the account had, right? (Which is public and anyone can see without API access).
I found it! Thanks, not sure how I missed it.
Yeah, Thunder is weird about their swipe to go back gesture. It works if you’re doing it over the post itself or if you’re scrolling through the comments (so while the comments are moving, swipe to go back).
Kinda crazy how many people use Liftoff when Thunder is so much better.
I am using Compact mode and experiencing the same thing in the latest update.
Could you add a similar behavior to link previews when you long tap a link within text? Or maybe even just showing text with the link itself would be enough (that’s my way of previewing links on other apps).
I shouldn’t be surprised by how transparently evil these people are, yet here I am.
(I can’t seem to open the .mil link, not sure if it’s just because I’m not in the US?)
Would airport networks have randomization enabled?
Mostly what others have said, it’s just a collection of stock footage that shouldn’t be too hard to throw together. The URL it’s not actually on a .mil domain, it just redirects to one, which is another point that makes me think they are unaffiliated (as in, not officially).
This just looks like something produced by some guy larping as military recruitment, https://twitter.com/GoArmySOF
Thanks for taking care of them! Just wanted to say that milk is generally not a good thing to give to cats as most of them are lactose intolerant.
I cycle between Thunder, Summit and Sync, they all have similar vibes.
(It actually expired 3 days ago, managed to re-subscribe earlier today).
I don’t think the posts by the other user came off as immediately troll-ey, so I am not sure how to not to do it again? It was definitely not my intention to feed them. I was not the only user who replied to them either. Some of the comments that were removed were direct replies to me, which is what made me think the mod may have mistakenly used my username when they were trying to ban them. I know timed bans eventually expire, but that I was banned for 30 days for “trolling” will always be accessible through the modlog (without context) when it was possibly a mistake.
This is indistinguishable from an IMF policy document, or a tweet from some of the 🌐 nerds, yikes
